Proba con esto, si no funciona hay soluciones mas drasticas, pero todavia no te rindas, realmente no vale la pena ir a tirar guita a un servicio tecnico o esperar 10 dias a que vuelva el equipo de reparacion.

You receive one of the following Java® errors on your BlackBerry smartphone while using the Application Loader tool to install BlackBerry® Device Software:
Device Error 505
Device Error 507
Cause
Both of the error messages indicate that no applications are loaded on the BlackBerry smartphone.
The error messages can have the following causes:
- While using the Application Loader tool to install BlackBerry Device Software, existing applications on the BlackBerry smartphone are erased, and new applications are not loaded.
- All data and applications are erased when an incorrect password is typed ten times into the BlackBerry smartphone.
- The Power Management feature on the computer disables the USB ports.
- The BlackBerry smartphone is connected to a laptop computer through a docking station.
Resolution
The following are possible resolutions for this issue.
Cause 1
While using the Application Loader tool to install BlackBerry Device Software, existing applications on the BlackBerry smartphone are erased, and new applications are not loaded.
Resolution
Complete the following steps:
- Verify that you have the BlackBerry Device Software installed on your computer. For instructions, see KB03295.
- If your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to a laptop computer in a docking station, disconnect the laptop computer from the docking station and connect the BlackBerry smartphone directly to the laptop computer.
- If a third-party program, such as a virus scanner, is using the same communications port (COM port) as BlackBerry® Desktop Manager, close the third-party program to free the COM port for use.
- If you are using a USB adapter to connect your BlackBerry smartphone to a serial port on your computer, temporarily connect your BlackBerry smartphone to a computer with a USB port.
- Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click the Application Loader icon.
- Use the Application Loader tool to install the BlackBerry Device Software.
Note: If the application loader process does not complete successfully, see
KB03295.
Cause 2
All data and applications are erased when an incorrect password is typed ten times into the BlackBerry smartphone. For more information, see
KB02318.
Resolution
Complete the following steps:
- Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click the Application Loader icon.
- Use the Application Loader tool to install the BlackBerry Device Software.
Cause 3
The Power Management feature on the computer disables the USB ports.
Note: This resolution is for Windows® XP users only.
Resolution
Complete the following steps:
- On your computer, click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel, double-click the System icon. The System Properties window opens.
- Click the Hardware tab of the System Properties and click Device Manager.
- In the Device Manager, double-click Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
- Right-click the first USB root hub, and click Properties.
- In the Properties window, click the Power Management tab.
- Clear the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box.
- Repeat for all other USB root hubs.
- Restart your computer.
Cause 4
The BlackBerry smartphone is connected to a laptop computer through a docking station.
Resolution
Complete the following steps:
- Disconnect the docking station from the laptop computer and connect the BlackBerry smartphone directly to the laptop computer using a USB cable.
- Re-install the BlackBerry Device Software using the application loader. For more information, see KB03621.
Additional Information Note: If Error 507 is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone, the BlackBerry smartphone will not display as connected in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Use the Application Loader tool to install the latest version of BlackBerry Device Software on the BlackBerry smartphone. For instructions, see
