Proba con esto, si no funciona hay soluciones mas drasticas, pero todavia no te rindas, realmente no vale la pena ir a tirar guita a un servicio tecnico o esperar 10 dias a que vuelva el equipo de reparacion.

Overview

You receive one of the following Java® errors on your BlackBerry smartphone while using the Application Loader tool to install BlackBerry® Device Software:
Device Error 505
Device Error 507


Cause

Both of the error messages indicate that no applications are loaded on the BlackBerry smartphone.
The error messages can have the following causes:

1. While using the Application Loader tool to install BlackBerry Device Software, existing applications on the BlackBerry smartphone are erased, and new applications are not loaded.
2. All data and applications are erased when an incorrect password is typed ten times into the BlackBerry smartphone.
3. The Power Management feature on the computer disables the USB ports.
4. The BlackBerry smartphone is connected to a laptop computer through a docking station.

Resolution

The following are possible resolutions for this issue.
Cause 1

While using the Application Loader tool to install BlackBerry Device Software, existing applications on the BlackBerry smartphone are erased, and new applications are not loaded.
Resolution
Complete the following steps:

1. Verify that you have the BlackBerry Device Software installed on your computer. For instructions, see KB03295.
2. If your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to a laptop computer in a docking station, disconnect the laptop computer from the docking station and connect the BlackBerry smartphone directly to the laptop computer.
3. If a third-party program, such as a virus scanner, is using the same communications port (COM port) as BlackBerry® Desktop Manager, close the third-party program to free the COM port for use.
4. If you are using a USB adapter to connect your BlackBerry smartphone to a serial port on your computer, temporarily connect your BlackBerry smartphone to a computer with a USB port.
5. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click the Application Loader icon.
6. Use the Application Loader tool to install the BlackBerry Device Software.

Note: If the application loader process does not complete successfully, see KB03295.
Cause 2

All data and applications are erased when an incorrect password is typed ten times into the BlackBerry smartphone. For more information, see KB02318.
Resolution
Complete the following steps:

1. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click the Application Loader icon.
2. Use the Application Loader tool to install the BlackBerry Device Software.

Cause 3

The Power Management feature on the computer disables the USB ports.
Note: This resolution is for Windows® XP users only.
Resolution
Complete the following steps:

1. On your computer, click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel, double-click the System icon. The System Properties window opens.
3. Click the Hardware tab of the System Properties and click Device Manager.
4. In the Device Manager, double-click Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
5. Right-click the first USB root hub, and click Properties.
6. In the Properties window, click the Power Management tab.
7. Clear the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box.
8. Repeat for all other USB root hubs.
9. Restart your computer.

Cause 4
The BlackBerry smartphone is connected to a laptop computer through a docking station.
Resolution
Complete the following steps:

1. Disconnect the docking station from the laptop computer and connect the BlackBerry smartphone directly to the laptop computer using a USB cable.
2. Re-install the BlackBerry Device Software using the application loader. For more information, see KB03621.

Additional Information

Note: If Error 507 is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone, the BlackBerry smartphone will not display as connected in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Use the Application Loader tool to install the latest version of BlackBerry Device Software on the BlackBerry smartphone. For instructions, see KB03621.

De ultima, tendrias que probar haciendo un ¨wipe¨...
lo que pasa es que te tengo que hacer la aclaracion que es un poco arriesgado hacerlo.
Te voy a dejar este link de unos amigos de un foro amigo del mio...fijate...de ultima lamentablemete te sugiero que vayas al servicio tecnico de tu operadora(obvio, si esta en garantia).

Pregunta, puede ser que cuando detecta el bb que me pone el pin solo y me pide contraseña, sea ese mi error??? Es decir no la sé, como expliqué antes lo dejo en blanco, por ahí por eso es que no carga nada, aunque la vez que cargó y se desconectó tampoco puse nada, peeeero....

Mira que lo pide siempre, yo nunca use contraseña, y le doy aceptar en blanco asi como esta y seguimos.
Que modelo de equipo tenes?
Pudiste probar lo que te sugerimos con soporte argento?

Te cuento, hice el wipe y todo perfecto. Borré el archivo vendor, abrí el loader, elegí las aplicaciones que quería y empieza a cargarlas, pero en la mitad de la operación de carga se frena y aparece un error que no deja continuar, el 0xc0000005 si no me equivoco. Repetí el proceso como diez veces y siempre pasa los mismo, se queda ahí, a veces carga más programas, a veces menos pero el bb termina con la pantalla en blanco sin decir nada, le vuelvo a hacer el wipe y vuelve al error 507.

o sea ahora haciendo el wipe ya tiene comunicación con el bb pero a la mitad de carga se produce ese error, no sé qué podrá ser...

que version de DM tenes? ...probaste en otra pc?

y no, no probé en otra PC, ahora estoy bajando la versión anterior del os la 8310M_PBr4.2.2_rel314_PL2.5.0.32_A4.2.2.173_Telefo nica.exe

porque la que bajé que no me anda es la File name: 8310M_PBr4.5.0_rel52_PL2.7.0.55_A4.5.0.37_Telefoni ca_Colombia.exe

tendrá que ver que soy de Argentina??? pero no hay ninguno que diga Argentina, solo Chile, México y Colombia

pero si vuelvo a usar esa no me va a funcionar el videograbador que era la idea...

No deberia tener que ver... para la noche te subo una version que se instala desde un .bat, es decir no hace falta que abras desktop manager ni el cargador de aplicaciones, es una version 4.5 de Movistar Argentina, con todos los 8310 que pasaron por mis manos (mas de 15) salieron caminando sin problemas, si eso no te salva, estamos jodidos...
Cuando llego a casa te la subo a rapidshare.
