Windows live bloqueado

Hola tengo un problema grande, cuando quiero abrir Windows Live me dice que mi cuenta esta bloqueada, me dice que puede ser por distintos factores. Me dice que apriete en continuar y me sale un mensaje de error

intenta entrar por la pagina de hotmail, tampoco te va a dejar seguramente y ahi te va a ofrecer varias soluciones para recuperarla, seguramente de tanto usar facebook te olvidaste del hotmail y ahora que lo queres usar no podes.
