"Venom" Spin-Off is Moving Forward

"Spider-Man 4" is currently in pre-production and Sony Pictures is planning two more future installments. And which all that going on, the studio is still pursuing the "Venom" spin-off.

"Zombieland" co-writer Paul Wernick spoke to Sci-Fi wire about their work on the "Venom" script. "We've written two drafts of Venom, and the studio has it," said Wernick. "They're pushing forward in whatever ways they push forward."

There is a chance that the new "Spider-Man" movie could set up the "Venom" spin-off. But when the writer was asked about the relationship between the two films, he was tight-lipped. "We can't really talk about that, unfortunately," he said. "Basically, the studio and Marvel and the Arads are taking our drafts and going beyond and figuring out what's the next step."

Dice que hasta ahora hicieron dos borradores de guión y los tiene el estudio. Cuando le preguntaron por la relación con Spider-man 4 el escritor dijo "Desafortunadamente no podemos hablar de eso"

Esperemos que se pongan las pilas y no hagan cualquier cosa como suelen hacer con los comics de Venom.

los primero scomics de venom setaban grosos,pero al igual qeu wolverine,no podian ahcer un personaje anti-heroe como debe ser y debieron mandar idioteses despues eltraje de ser un un simbionte paso a ser parasito...parece que no saben na de biologia estos señores

Lo único bueno que leí de Venom fue la llamada Saga de Venom que la editó Panini en uno de los tomos de los imprescindibles de Spiderman y el arco de Spectacular Spiderman que se llamaba El Hambre dibujado por Humberto Ramos que eso lo editó Conosur. Fuera de esos dos, todos los comics en los que aparece Venom (incluyendo el Marvel Knight Spiderman) por regla general son una porquería, en mi humilde opinión. Mejor ni hablo de cómo sufrí leyendo un crossover entre Venom y Wolverine escrito por Larry Hama....
