[CONSULTA] Compartir Internet 2 placas Linux ---> XP

Hola gente, queria consultar a ver si alguien me puede tirar una idea de porque no me esta resultando esto.

Explico: Tengo 2 Maquinas 1 con XP otra con Kubuntu
-La que tiene Kubuntu (de aqui en adelante KBT) esta tiene 2 placas de red

Eth0 va al router (192.168.1.104 - Asignada x el router x DHCP)
Eth1 va con un crossover (cable cruzado) a la maquina con XP (Y la IP de KBT en

ETH1 esta fija 192.168.1.200)Equipo XP tiene IP Estatica con puerta de enlace y DNS apuntando de la siguiente manera

Ipv4 = 192.168.1.49
SubnetMask = 255.255.255.0
Gateway = 192.168.1.200
DNS = 192.168.1.200


Si ejecuto "dhclient eth0" puedo pingear a la BOX XP y desde la XP hacia KBTsi ejecuto "dhclient" asi nomas (me intenta asignar ip x dhcp a las 2) puedo navegar en mi box KBT y pingear al Router pero no puedo pingear a la BOX XP ... en fin dejo el log aca
