[AYUDA] DHCP no conecta y toma ip equivocada.

Hola gente!
Estoy con un Windows 2003 server r2 sp2 e ISA 2006 STD.
WAN IP: 192.168.1.207 (dinamica)
LAN IP: 192.168.0.1

Mi problema es que el DHCP no conecta de ninguna manera, y ademas toma la ip WAN como default, y forzandolo a que tome la LAN no funciona.

Configuracion del ISA para DHCP:
Allow - DHCP (Query) y DHCP (Request) - From: Interal - To: Localhost

(use el netsh pero me tira este error: "Unable to determine the DHCP Server version for the Server 192.168.0.1.
Server may not function properly.")
